Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "I can't complain about the room, it was nice overlooking the garden, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was closed though for 3 of the 4 days I was there. Which wasn't great as there aren't really any other places to eat around there. one night I had to order a takeaway in which was quite expensive."
