The dog show was annoying as well as the dog poop in lobby.

The Motel was budget friendly and relatively close to restaurants as well as stores for shopping. The building appears to be in need of some repairs. The handicapped door opener did not work. There was a safe in the room as advertised. It was locked, and when the staff was asked to open the safe so I could utilize it, they said they did not know the code to open the safes therefore we were unable to utilize them. The building was equipped with two elevators, but only one was operational. There was a pool and hot tub, however, the pool had a lot of hair and seemed to have pieces of material floating around in it. We asked for towels to dry off at the pool, the staff seemed to be upset they had to give out towels to dry off with. I guess if you are not expecting a lot and just are needing somewhere to take a shower and rest overnight, it’s a budget friendly place to rent.

I dont have anything negative to say. Everything was great. The staff was so nice and pleasant and friendly. We had a great time there. The hotel is beautiful.

The check-in experience was flawless. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and modern. The water park and outdoor lagoon were awesome gave us plenty to do. Had some great dining options right on site. Overall an excellent experience. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys ,10 and 7.

When you walked inside of the room, it had a horrible smell to it. It didn’t smell like smoke. It just smelled stinky. The floors have stains on them like they hadn’t been mopped. The beds were made nice the hotel does make it seem like suspicious on the outside. The insides aren’t too bad. I love that. It has the key access to get in the building, it makes it more secure when you’re traveling with kids. It’s just really dirty. Their staff needs to do better cleaning, the doors are dirty. Everything is just like built-up grime. But it’s not bad price for the stay.
