The house is extremely cute and well kept. It was perfect for a quick stay in Fort Collins in a great and accessible part of town. We would definitely come back!

Great little place! I thought the price was a tad steep for just one night, but you can't beat the location. The backyard needs a little TLC and the coy pond is all dried up.

Nice

Great little place for a couple, or single person, with a dog. The yard is great for dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to downtown Ft Collins.

Had a wonderful time here! Cottage is walking distance to plenty of great places to eat. Yard was great for my dog!

Wonderful, welcoming cozy home. Perfect for my needs for my dog’s surgery at CSU. Location close to the campus, restaurants, coffee shops. Neighborhood was very accommodating for myself and my dog. Home was very clean, everything was thoughtfully placed and exceeded my needs.

The online pictures do not do this wonderful place justice! The house is super cute with a great yard. The dogs loved the yard. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. Lauren was also great with communication. We recommend this place for couples with dogs travelling to Fort Collins! Thank you!!!

Loved this place!

This was a lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was clean and updated and the backyard was amazing! Our dog loved her stay as well!! Lauren was communicative and a great host! The house was central to just about everything and I would love to stay again.

The Locust St Cottage has Charm

We enjoyed our overall stay. It was an easy location to get around FOCO and visit with our Ram. Living spaces and kitchen were good; including ability to cook a small Tday dinner. Furniture is updated from photos; backyard and pond definitely in winter mode.

Great little cottage

We stayed here because my parents place in Ft. Collins isn’t big enough for us (2 adults, a baby and 2 dogs). It was perfect! Walking distance to all our favorites, and downtown. A nice quite neighborhood, cute little house with everything you need, and our dogs loved the big backyard!

Cozy, quaint and very comfortable. Close to CSU campus. Very responsive communication with property manager. Enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to install a full length mirror.

Great place

Really enjoyed the house. Very clean and nicely done. Back yard is huge and great for our dog. Very good communication with the Owner. Great neighborhood - great to run or walk. Highly recommend.

Just Lovely 💕

Immediately upon arriving we knew this place would be great! So many lovely flowers with a very welcoming feel. Be sure to plan some time to spend in the backyard because it’s an absolute gem. Very close to old town and on a pleasant and quiet street. We will definitely try to book again next time we make it to FoCO!
