Loved it.

Bed was very comfortable which was a good thing cuz air conditioning was not working and we all got cooked lol Went down to the pool...needs some serious TLC...Hot Tub was more of a warm tub and the jets barely worked...thinking drain and upgrade for sure. Decks need to be deep cleaned and could use some reno maybe replaced...the bathroom and control doors are rusted out,,.,adds to the whole look of the pool area...also no chairs was kinda weird 1st hotel encountered that! Server at the Denny's which is attached was first rate! Staff were friendly and the maintenance fella apologized for the air conditioner and brought us a fan to at least keep air moving in the room...we still cooked hahaha The hotel was pretty central to the zoo which kids loved!! I kinda thought should of gotten something off the room but nope not even 10% so even though its pretty central will thing twice about another stay...hope they do more renos than just the exterior painting that they are doing now.

We really enjoyed our stay, the downside was the toilet wouldn't flush properly and would clog on t.p and it was a pain to have to call everyday for a plunger or them to plunge it, but they always came, the last 2 days our room wasnt properly cleaned like the towels were just tossed onto the counter and there was no refill of ice bags or t.p

I had a good stay everything was close by, parking was always available

I absolutely love staying at this amazing location!! The staff is excellent, the rooms are beautiful!! Clean spacious and well stocked with amenities. I felt safe and secure! The location is very central in Winnipeg, so it's perfect! The Forks is footsteps away!! It was easy to find a parking spot. I arrived back at the hotel late after a musical show at Rainbow Stage and was still able to have a late dinner and drinks at the bar. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, allowing me to have a fantastic sleep!!
