Hot water didn’t work at all in the shower but in the sink, they said they had no staff to check on it. Never gave us water bottles as they should provide in the room but sold 2 for $12.00 Never responded to Expedia to provide some kind of reimbursement and we ended up paying full price for a room with ice cold water! Neither Expedia or Hotel responded with any help! Very disappointed!

This place has poor customer service. The attendant on duty did not provide my refund immediately, despite knowing that I did not stay. The rooms are small, and the property is dirty, with old leaves, debris, and trash laying around. There is limited parking and expensive valet parking. In my opinion, the staff does not respect women and lacks good communication skills. It took days to reach someone, and the staff never answers the phone. Avoid this place like the plague.

Enjoyed the whole trip except finding parking. You spend the mo ey to stay somewhere and have to spend more for parking. Also wish the bar inside the hotel was open. It was always closed

The property was pretty clean other than the sewer smell in the bar. Floor tiles were all popping up in the area. Nowhere in the reservation was I made aware of a $50 PARKING FEE.
