Hotel lobby was super nice but the rooms were extremely dirty. There was mascara on our pillows, black curly hairs all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. Lastly we booked a king room and ended with a double which is not a huge deal had the room been clean.

This is, undoubtedly, our favorite hotel as a family of 4. The area is safe, convenient, and everything is always cleaned to perfection. The pool and splash pad are so perfect for our kiddos! Most of all, though, the customer service here is unmatched. We stayed here last year to celebrate my son becoming a big brother and loved it so much we came back here with him and his baby sister so that we could celebrate my son’s 4th birthday at the zoo. During check-in, Mariah at the front desk asked if we were here for anything in particular. I told her it was my son’s birthday and she wished him happy birthday and said they’d like to send him up a gift back shortly. A little later on we got a phone call to our room from Mariah saying they were out of gift bags, but that she would like to invite my son to pick out something from the lobby snack shop as a gift from the hotel to celebrate his 4th birthday. He was so excited! When we got to the lobby, she personally greeted him, “Happy birthday,” and told him he could pick out 5 things of his choice: one for each year, and one to grow on. He got all his favorite snacks and was SO excited to tell my husband all about it when we got back to the room. It made the perfect cherry on top of the great day we’d spent at the zoo and the fun we’d had in the hotel pool/splash pad. You truly don’t see thoughtfulness in customer service like that very often these days. We enjoyed our stay and were so impressed, per usual by this hotel and its staff

Would describe the stay as perfectly adequate. Nothing about my stay was off-putting. It is not overly luxurious in any aspects. The offered breakfast and location are convenient. The bed is comfortable and fairly firm providing adequate rest. The air-conditioning was just a tad too loud. The staff is helpful and responsive.

Syayed here for an event at the convention center. Super convenient, just across the street. Also wallable to restaurants nearby. Good typical breakfast, always had coffee and water at the front lobby, room was clean, typical size. Only downside about the 2 queen bed room was that there was not enough storage space for clothes. Kept most of our clothes in our storage cubes inside the luggage bag.

All staff we came across was very welcoming and super friendly. Hotel was very clean, our room was very nice and spacious, my family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The pool area is perfect for the kiddos, the bar was awesome! A huge shoutout to Tiffany and her co worker ( I forgot his name ) both super awesome! We are just very happy with our entire stay. It was very clean ,the food was good, the staff was excellent, it was comfortable, it was a pleasure staying there. Way better then the one we are in now , this is a dimp compared to Hampton Inn.
