The rooms were dirty. The floor in our room was wet & sticky. The whole place smelled weird. A creepy man followed us to the elevator inside the hotel & when we got on, he left. No bedding for the pullout couch. Had to go downstairs to get some and was told they were out of pillows and gave us the last set of sheets and a thin blanket, neither which fit the mattress. 2 of the outside doors would not open with our room keys. Only one elevator worked but guess we should be grateful that at least it did. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Rooms were way to expensive for what we received. Half the lights in the hallway on our floor were either burned out or flickering. The entire hotel was way too hot! Our room never cooled off. Fridge smelled weird too. I mean, what more can I say? Definitely will not be staying here again. 👎

The property didn’t have enough towels for guests. The ironing board was broken. Hallways are hot. Pool wasn’t available for the two days we were booked. No fan in the restroom to extract the humidity when showering. One person taking care of guest on Saturday. Not a good experience. We either had to wait for things we needed or didn’t get by them at all. First and last time we stay there.

The property is clearly located in a high crime, high narcotic use area. Thinking that since it was a Hilton it was a safe choice. Boyyyyy was i wrong. Meth/Crack heads walking the street. The area was horrible. The room description stated Double Room King Bed, so we assumed there would be two rooms with a king bed. That was not the case at all. It is one room with 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. Upon check in we are told the pool was open because we had 4 kiddos with us. People even came in needing towels for the pool. Later that evening there was a sign on the pool that said closed for the season. I spoke with two different people about the pool one said he did not know why the pool was closed and the other said it was closed because it needed to be inspected by the city. I am a Hilton member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties but this one is by far the worst. The only good thing i can say is that the front desk person was very polite and the breakfast was decent.

Nice and very comfortable. Staff was great. Small issue was the dogs barking at times but may be expected when pet friendly, which we are grateful for our 2 rescue cats

The staff was nice, the rooms were VERY spacious, but the facilities need some updating and repairs. There are whole in doors and walls covered with tape that we saw as were walking to our room.

Old/icky/rundown
I wanted to enjoy this hotel, but it was impossible. The guy at the front was sweet and welcoming. The room I booked was the king bed with double bed suites. Everything was super outdated, especially walking to the room. Ceilings were extremely low, hallways were crusty, and there were several doors tapped off. Soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit with a chemical smell mixed with pee. It was incredibly strong. The floors were soaking wet from them trying to clean them and there was yellow liquid spilled on the nightstands. It was not suitable at all for children to be in and you couldn’t even walk on the floor. We went back downstairs to tell them the room was unacceptable but they had no other rooms to accommodate our larger party. In all we just left the hotel and asked for a refund. It felt dirty, smelly, there were tons of homeless walking around, and in all just felt unsafe. Dont let the older reviews trick you! I have 2 small children and immediately didn’t feel this hotel was safe or acceptable for us.
