1. Staff at reception area is incompetent.
2. Was given a key for a room, only to discover it was already occupied.
3. Upgrade my room so I can be next to my kids, but it was of no use, rooms were still far apart.
4, Reception advised it will be switch the next day and advise to pick up complementary dinner voucher.
Day 2:
1. Arrived for breakfast, was told it was not included in the cost paid months ago.
2. Payment was made
