"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Quillan. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"

"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here. "

"Lovely well-equipped property in a sheltered, tranquil rural location. Our hosts, Liz and Patrick were delightful and very attentive to any requests or queries, but otherwise leaving us alone to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The property is well-located for exploring in all directions, with plenty of Cathar castles to visit, lots of well-marked walking routes (both on the doorstep and within easy driving distance), and the wonderful gorge pools near Peyrepertuse for a cooling dip. Highly recommended and we hope to visit again."

"While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there."
