- The recently built house (2015) is quietly located less than a km from the beach of white sand Keranbigorn, southern exposure facing the Glénan archipelago. The house is bright and comfortable. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is surrounded by a large terrace facing south and west and a garden. The living area is 115 m² completed by a garage.
Ground floor: entrance hall, 30sqm living room, kitchen open to the living room, 10m² room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine, three bedrooms of 10, 12 and 12m², bathroom and separate toilet.
Equipment: washing machine, electric oven, glass-ceramic cooking plate, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
