Online check-in was very tedious, asking for way too much information. In-person check-in asked for information that was provided online. No bathroom available in common area, had to finish check-in and get to my room for urgent toilet need.
Room was clean, everything in reasonably good shape. Bathtub floor was 4" too high, almost fell getting out of it. (Ironic because it was a handicap bathroom.) Light switches for the bathroom were badly placed, no "nightlight" to guide you through the dark.

We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area.

Parking was right in front of our room, with no issues. A/C was efficient and quiet. Staff friendly. This property is bare bones, no fancy soaps, body wash, shampoo. No pool or gym. We were only stopping one night so more than adequate for our needs. Clean, quiet and friendly.

Very convenient when going to the airport, but no shuttle. Quiet, but very dated and not super clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in.

"Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case ..."
