“The hosts at this property were excellent; very friendly and accommodating, very responsive to all communications and willing to provide any requested items (like larger coffee mugs, a can opener) and were appreciative of any suggestions we had to make their property more user friendly. Since we are long time campers, the amenities more than met our expectations. Also, we don’t eat out very often and while we had packed a few essentials (seasonings, a good sharp knife, electric frying pan), most……

“Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

“The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.”

“The property was nice, but had a few issues. The shower area had some hair in it that hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen window sill also had some dead bugs in it. There was also some unlevel areas in different spots in the house. The property location was very convenient to most locations.”

“We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight.”
