“Messe, where the hostel is situated, is the last stop of the Nuremberg metro system, 15 minutes to the Central Station, but 5 minutes from the hostel to the U1 metro station. The room is clean, but plain, looking like student accommodation, with a big basin inside at least. No blinds, so the sunlight will wake you up early in the morning. I may suggest that the hostel provide bigger shower rooms with more facilities to make the hotel more humane. Very bad shower experirence in the shower room……

Due to my train time is 6:00am, I knocked the door and phoned receptionist but terribly there is no person received. I don’t know how to contact with you and I don’t understand why there is no service clerk in your hostel? No instruction to us where to put the room card and how to leave hotel! Finally, I checked the fire instructions and found another exit at……
