Best hotel I’ve stayed at

The staff was amazing and the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel is out of this world. I’m so happy I chose this place. By the way the train is 8 min away walking and can take you pretty much anywhere

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The room had visible mold on the ceiling, and we also discovered bugs inside the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the property does not have an elevator, meaning guests staying on the upper floors must carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. No assistance was offered, and when I specifically requested help with our luggage, I was informed that no staff were available to assist. While the property is advertised as a hotel, the facilities and level of service were more comparable to those of a basic motel. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and guest services. These are areas that would benefit from significant improvement.
