“Hosts helpful and accomdating! Loved how close it was to IWU! Definitely will be back!”

“The unit was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities were nice. There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though. The first is that there is a very unpleasant smell that you encounter when you enter the unit. It seems to go away after a while,……

“We loved the proximity to IWU. Very comfortable to spend time in the house and cook a few meals for our college student.”

“Our stay was excellent. The host may want to edit the details about games and entertainment. While my husband and son enjoyed the pinball game, the description implies there are many games to choose from and there weren’t. Not a deal killer, but might need to lower those expectations. My daughter loved the vintage kitchen and my granddaughters marveled at how many rooms there were.”

“Really comfortable and could have stayed longer but then I might risk falling in love with the place. Love the brick wall interior, tastefully decorated with color and a modern but warm feel. Try the crab cakes at the steak place just a few doors down. ”

“The Host was a great communicator. The property was very nice, clean, quiet and private. Rv site was level. A perfect place to enjoy riding the Monon trail - access was immediately adjacent. I would recommend this site AND stay here again when in the area!”

“When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen……

“We rented this property for my husband and I and 2 cousins to stay in while we were in Indiana from SC and CA to attend a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Nice neighborhood near university and convenient to everything we needed..”
