The property looked to be in a weird area when I first booked but it was exactly the opposite. Just down the street was food and shopping and it was really close to a piazza.

Excellent location right in the middle of everything. If thinking about using public transportation The hotel is on the C bus line these are small electric buses very difficult to get luggage on had to get a taxi

This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away).
