“Gustavo was our absolute favorite staff member. His willingness to assist regardless of how many times we seek ed assistance was commendable. He has so many great recommendations and exceeded our expectations and made our experience so memorable!! Duvan from the roof top bar and restaurant at the hotel was so warm and friendly.
