Sin embargo una persona (mujer) que nos atendió en la recepción mató la atención que habíamos recibido , porque se portó de una manera muy brusca, no me gustó para nada su tono de hablar . El hotel muestra fotos lindas en expedía, pero la realidad si te decepciona , . A mi me gustan los buenos hospedajes , en este hotel definitivamente no vuelvo a quedarme .”

“Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them……

“I spent about 2 weeks at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, big, and clean (nice white towels!). It had all what I needed, including safe box, coffee in the room, a good TV. Good wi-fi signal. The bathroom's size was perfect with good water pressure. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the best. I felt at home. I also used the parking which made me a little nervous because they lift you with your car on a small ramp to either the 2nd or 3rd floor. Someone from the staff……
