The carpet is badly stained and the linen even has holes in it. The worst part about the stay is the check in process. It is unorganized and several steps back and forth with the company to get access to the place and parking with all details needed. They also pull fire alarms often and you are like on the 47th floor. "Not worth the price. Hot tub and pool dirty. Backdoors and key cards not working had to walk all the way around. Pool patio very unwelcoming. Room was nice. Cleaning could be much better. Hot breakfast was very poorly done and not much available."
