We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful.
The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true loss. They don't make places like this anymore - it has the potential to be a treasure but feels like it has been forgotten.

First time there, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Clean. Nothing looked out of place. Room was clean, nothing looked dusty, shower was clean, towels looked brand new.
Food at Breakfast buffet was delicious with anything you can think of and staff was super nice!
I will definitely be back when in the area again!!
