Exceptional staff. We stayed 1 night and took hotel shuttle to and from airport. Area is a little run down. Hotel could use a refresh but was clean. Breakfast was nice.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront
Only feedback I would have is to start to replace material (carpet and fabrics) in the room so they feel cleaner. Other than that the hotel and room met our needs.

Hotel was very clean, as was my room. Only observation was an obvious repair was done on the tub, not very appealing.

Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price.

Good Nite Inn - Redwood City
The front desk staff was especially kind to me after my car got broken into when I was out to dinner in Oakland. They let me park the car right by the check-in desk because I had two windows broken.. They went above and beyond
