"Great location nice size house although not sure anyone was there to prep for our arrival. The AC wasn’t on when we arrived to check in at 4 pm on a day it had been 90+ degrees and with no central air it was more than uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, or trash bags, also not enough towels for the 4 people staying in the house. There were dirty dishes in the sink as well . Beyond that we had a great time close to all river accesss and downtown"
