“The condo was as listed and very clean and modern. It also was stocked with everything you need for toiletries and towels. Overall it was a great place for my daughter and i to experience Erie PA. And it was far enough away from the city on a nice peaceful road, minus the road construction.Communication with property manage was also great! ”

“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged……

“In the initial listing I was drawn to the "renovated" title of the listing. It was far from that. I do feel like it is a good location. But here are a list of my complaints: 1. 85 degrees in the unit when I arrived. Contacted property manager that the AC didn't seem to be working, she replied with "did you check the thermostat?" I felt stupid for even contacting her and afraid to continue to bother her about the non working AC in a heat wave until it was so unbearable. She finally came to fix……
