“The staff, especially the manager were amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The room was great! There was no room cleaning while we were there (they told us this would be the case). Location was also very good and we did use the parking. The lot entrance is a little hidden and around the block, but once we knew where it was, it was good. (20Euro per day). “The host largely ignored our texts and requests. He never came to fix the things that he said would be sorted. The house was generally in a poor state of neglect, fridge door didn't close, kitchen kick board falling off, cooker inadequate for large group. The dishwasher stopped closing at one point and my brother fixed it after borrowing tools from a neighbour. The host just said it was working before. Pool was toxic and not maintained. My great nephew was sick after swallowing the water.……
