The living area is spacious 92 sqm. The floor plan is designed very family friendly with 3 bedrooms for up to 5 adults and 1 infant. The living room has a cozy seating area and a stereo system with DVD player and flat screen TV. A fully fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle let to miss anything. In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. In good weather you can start the day on the spacious terrace or in the garden. House Rieke: • Size approx 92 sqm • 1 bedroom with double bed (ground floor) • 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (1\. Floor) • 1 bedroom with 1 bed and cot and changing table (1\. Gute Luft,weite Sicht,eher Urlaub zum Wandern, Rad fahren oder eben Wattwandern nicht unbedingt Badeurlaub. Die FeWo war groß genug für uns drei, sicher passen dort auch 5 Personen rein,dann ist es aber mit einem Bad vielleicht ein wenig knapp. An Haushalts-/Kochutensilien in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, soviel haben wir noch nie in einer FeWo vorgefunden...echt super. Zum Grillen und gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen war alles vorhanden,auch Decken um sich bei den kühleren Abendtemperaturen einzupacken. Am Ende der Wohnsiedlung umrahmt von Hecken, Terrasse in süd-westlicher Ausrichtung ließ es sich dort herrlich entspannen. Gesellschaftsspiele waren auch reichlich vorhanden und gut gepflegt. Die Bilder des Online-Inserates sind sehr aussagekräftig und passend. Sicher ist das Haus sowie die gesamte Wohnsiedlung schon ein paar Jahrzehnte alt, dafür aber gut gepflegt und hat echt Charme. Leider hatten wir am Tag der Anreise nur eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle im Bad, wahrscheinlich wurde versehentlich vergessen noch 1-2 Rollen hinzustellen. Wir haben beim nächsten Einkauf einfach welche organisiert. Aber das sollte in der Bewertung keinen Punkt Abzug geben. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten auch für 4 Erwachsene genug Platz, drinnen wie draussen.
