“Great stay for the experience. The single wagon is located in a really quiet farm area. Pay no attention to the address on VRBO -the owner’s directions are the only one to use. It may come the same day of the stay. Wagon has comfy bed, heater, coffee and tea makers. The bathroom is of course not in the wagon and is only a short 150 feet away. Very nice bathroom. Enjoy. Bonus - dark sky area and great view of Milky Way. ”

“This location was great for Capitol Reef NP. We enjoyed the river and mountain view. The host was quick to reply and provide necessary details. The unit doesn't have a controlled heating system but a space heater is provided. It was convenient to park outside the door and its first floor. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be updated! They provided drinking water and ice in the frig. It was easy to relax and enjoy the sights. ”

“This place is awesome!!! It is just off the highway in Teasdale just south of Capitol Reef. Very clean and lots of activities for kids (hammocks, playground, firepits, etc.). We really enjoyed this place - the bathrooms are new and clean with SHOWERS. The cabins also provided towels and washcloths (we brought bc we didn't know in advance). Beds were comfortable, we loved having fires outside. Overall 5 stars.”

The house was beautiful as well as the property surrounding it which seems to be a working homestead with goats, chickens and mini-horses, all of which the kids will love. There is even a fantastic play area for kids! The only hiccup is EXPEDIA. I had a little communication issue with owner because they were sending me links which Expedia wasn't allowing me to access, I found out from the owner they don't list……
