It has a centralised AC throughout which absolutely essential, especially in the afternoon and at night. Without it the heat is hard to bear. Large TV with Netflix etc but there was no Wifi for the first two weeks of our stay. After that it was really useful in the hot afternoons. The pool is large and good for kids as it is max 1m40\. A car is mandatory so the garage is a nice feature. Nearest beach is some 20 min walking, supermarket and take away in the vicinity. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful, it was really appreciated.
