The basement smells moldy
I wouldn’t call the basement bathroom a bathroom. Home made cobbled shower with no drain. Try and take a shower when the shower head is too close to the wall and you have to stand against the moldy wall to get any water on you. The hot and cold water valve’s are a joke

I had a group of 7 guys for a an ice fishing trip. The house worked very well for us. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Parking was a little tight with having 4 trucks and trailers. We made it work. Good space to keep coolers and other equipment in the attached garage so that worked ...
