“The property was located in a very convenient area, close to buses and the metro. The accomodation was smart and clean, glad I've booked it, I felt more at ease and comfortable comparing to hotel rooms. "This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up."
