The room picture on Expedia is completely misleading, the room is nothing like that. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. When I saw the room, I immediately booked a different hotel and left. My reservation was non refundable, but I’d rather lose $200 than sleep there.

It felt dirtier than a “by the hour” hotel. Sheets were not clean, covered in stains and small hairs. Floor was sticky from the last stay’s spilled beer, as was the trashcan. The room stank, the door didn’t close; the “always locked” door to the 3rd floor was completely busted, didn’t lock, and had no handle on the inside. Lots of long term tenants, felt like a tenement building rather than a hotel. Halls smelled like illegal substances, towels were stained, tenants were openly urinating in the parking lot. Oh, and they required an additional deposit that I’m struggling to get them to release. I can’t believe that Wyndham would put their name on this hotel, they clearly can’t be trusted to offer quality listings. Stay FAR FAR away from this nightmare.

The room was so dirty that our feet were black. There were cockroaches in our room. The sheets had stuff on them that I had to brush off. The shower had mold in it. The light fixture and towel rack were broken. There were no tissues in the tissue holder. For the price we paid for graduation weekend, we feel we were definitely ripped off. We are very unhappy with our stay.

Terrible service. The room had no towels when I got there. The phone didn’t work so I had to walk down to the lobby to get them. When I got back , I saw that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Room was dirty and dinghy. I would never stay there again.

I really don't understand how this property can be listed at Expedia, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been. Dirty would be a nice word to describe the hotel. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I will thing twice to book at Expedia in the future

Had a phone with no cable line attached even after complian not fixed Had no linen towels or napkins in the room so had to walk to the laundry room myself to get them. Ac unit was making loud noise disturbed sleep. Would never book recommend.

This property isn’t worth $200 a night. It was very stinky. We had booked 2 double beds didn’t get that. The curtain in the room was broken so everything was seen inside the room. The bathrooms were really outdated. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone. There was no line to checkin yet it took us 45 minutes to get our room keys. The pictures are false advertising. DONT BOOK this hotel

I was allowed to check in early and was given keys to my room that I would be using later in the evening. When I got to the room the keys did not work...we heard someone else in the room. Went down stairs to fix issue, took forever to get someone to the desk. I was given a second room, that had not been cleaned from the previous stay-beds unmade towels not fresh etc... Returned to front counter and was given a third room. One of the beds in that room was unmade and the cleaning process from the previous guest was not completed. When I returned to the counter the night staff told me it isn't his job to make the beds but he will find some sheets and reluctantly made the bed. Overall, nope

There was standing water in the tub. The non smoking room stunk of cigarettes. There are currently people loitering outside our third floor room. We get to the from office and the best they could offer was to check us out. (It’s 12:30AM)

Terrible customer service. Informed we could check in early but when we arrived, was told that they only had one housekeeper and couldn't check-in until 3pm. No call or notification that this had changed so we arrived hours before regular check-in hours. Room was dirty, had to wipe down all services. Sheets had visible stains and were so thin from use. Lobby was dirty and rooms had leaking ceilings. We booked another room at a different hotel that day and demanded refund. Refused a refund from the front desk and was told all refunds had to go through Expedia since that was how I booked. They continued to dodge calls from Expedia until I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charges.

A/C was very loud. No facial tissues and no wash clothes in room. Chairs in breakfast dining room all stained, pretty disgusting. Only 1 lightbulb in all lamps that was supposed to have 2. Not impressed at all.

Our checkin was great until we got to our room. The room had not been cleaned yet so we went to the desk and left to eat when we returned the room had been cleaned but there was still a dirty wash rag in the bathroom and no towels or clean wash clothes

There was hair, dead (thank goodness) bugs and wet toilet paper on the floor. But worst of all, the heater didn't work and blew out only cold air, directly onto the bed (which had stains on the spread and pillowcases. The desk clerk said she'd come up but was a no show.

Reception desk said they didn't receive payment from Expedia. I have to contact with Expedia. Fortunately Expedia contacted with them and I got key half hour later. The first guy told me he will not charge me dog fee. When I took key, second guy came. He asked dog fee. It's confused.

No towels or garbage cans in room. Coffee maker did not work. As waiting to check in 3 people asked for towels and 1 came in for coffee maker was broke. FLOOR were horribly dirty. Our feet were extremely dirty, should have figured that out w/ my dirty socks. Dust bunny's in every corner. Only positive comment is the bed was comfortable.

Run don’t walk to a different hotel!!!
The front clerk was literally drunk and locked himself out of the office and couldn’t remember the door code to get in so I could check in. After 15 minutes of watching him stumble and miss enter the code the only explanation he could muster was to shrug and mumble “ I don’t know what’s going on “. But here’s the best part the hotel and hotels.com refused to refund my money.

I apologize for your experience. Our front desk agents are very experienced in customer service. The door you are mentioning in your comment, that allows access to the front desk and back-office area has been having mechanical issues in which maintenance has been notified and it has since then been repaired so that this issue doesn't happen again. Again, I sincerely apologize for your experience.

Why Stay, your Brand is meaningless…
The room was not to my satisfaction, the quilt had stains all over it, so did the pillowcases, there was a dirty towels on the top of the shower curtain rod, not removed, the baseboard trim was a nice quality and at lease 5” high but was dirty, and the paint job was incomplete, the television have good reception Wi-Fi was good, but l could not go into the closet because the door handle to the closet was missing, the main door leading to the room 224, was very very hard to open and close, the breakfast had promise, waffles, but no syrup, and coffee, but no cream watered down juice that tasted like well, water, l will never stay there again, and never recommend this hotel.…why don’t you hire someone like me to tell you guys the truth about your brand..or l think your quality control people should go there right away, unannounced, see for yourself, your brand will not mean anything in the future if you don’t do something…points don’t mean anything now….

I will definitely skip this place next time.
The workers were nice but room and hotel are very run down. I usually don’t care about a lot of things but the truck noise from the interstate was almost unbearable. I turned my white noise on high and placed right by my ear. The towels they handed me at check in were very dingy. After checking for bed bugs which was all clear I was surprised to find the bed comfortable.
