"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "Der Biergarten bzw. Frühstücksbereich liegt schön am See und die Matratzen waren gut. Ich war während einer sehr heißen Temperaturperiode in diesem Hotel, und als ich die Tür zu meinem Einzelzimmer (unter dem Dach) öffnete, stand ich sozusagen im offenen Badezimmer. Keine Milchglasscheibe o.ä. war davor verbaut. Bis auf eine kleine Schublade unter dem Waschtisch gibt es auch nur offene Regale. Und obwohl dieses Zimmer renoviert wurde, gab es bei diesen Temperaturen nicht mal einen...
