“The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, which was a real plus.
However, communication could have been better, as I had to chase for check-in details and responses sometimes took over half an hour. “When we arrived at the address, there was no one in authority. We tried sending a message through the app but couldn't reach anyone.
