Tradewinds is a beautiful, spacious home with a breezy interior, expansive beach views, and room for everyone! This 2400 square foot house features a large covered deck that looks out onto a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico; you can watch the sun rise in the mornings and listen to the waves crash while the birds chirp!

This property offers a large, well-stocked kitchen with a regular drip coffee maker, and plenty of cookware to prepare your favorite meals. There is bar seating for six, as well as a dining table that seats 6 for meals or game nights. The open floor plan leads into the comfortable living area with ample seating, a flat screen TV with satellite, and available high speed internet for your personal devices.
Centrally located in the family-friendly Tidelands subdivision, this home sleeps 14 and does not utilize bunk beds. Bedroom one has a queen bed; bedroom two features one full size bed. A third bedroom offers two queen beds, and the final large bedroom has 3 queen beds.

Along with enjoying the beach view from the upstairs deck, you can utilize the downstairs patio area. It features a large slab with picnic tables and a charcoal grill, along with an outdoor shower to wash away the sand and salt before you enjoy the house.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Amazing property and location

This house actually exceeded our expectations. This is a huge two-story house with plenty of beds, rooms, bathrooms, and space for large groups. We enjoyed watching the waves while drinking coffee from the porch. The beach is very close and there is a little pathway that allows you to easily walk from the house to the beach and water. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin could use a few things fixed but nothing major. Jets in the tub didn't work, the newer style thermostats kept resetting to 78 even after the hold was removed. Front door has a crack in the glass. BBQ pit was dirty, so I left it like I found it. Glad I brought one, the pit at the cabin needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good time. I have rented this cabin before just for a weekend stay but for some reason the rental company required a 5-night minimum night stay.

The Tradewinds worked out great for me and the family. Other family members not staying with us set sun tents on the beach in front of our Beach house. Made it nice having a close place to cool off and still watch what was going on. Everything work e great and cooled off quickly. Only suggestion would be a larger nicer BBq pit.

Many rental homes to choose from, but this one was across sand dunes to the beach was the reason we rented it! Read the reviews about cleanness which was not so good, but thought it couldn’t be that bad! Also, we only wanted a two night stay where some require longer stays! Very disappointed in how unkept everything was, plus terribly filthy! Could have had at least one clean kitchen towel ! Didn’t know that we had to bring everything from soap, to toilet paper! We brought food to cook, but did not because the pots, utensils, etc...we’re not clean or needed to be thrown away completely!The master carpet was not vacuumed and completely stained with something dark in large areas throughout the carpet! The shower had hair and a sea shell in it! The shower rug was dirty! Pillows throughout the bedrooms were grossly stained! The living room had a filthy rug and furniture (visible on the red couch)! The TV on the master didn’t work! Sand in the tub in the bath near the kitchen! Water leaking from the ceiling vents upstairs! Back to the kitchen....filthy stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, etc... Garbage disposal making lots of noise so couldn’t use that! Every cushion on the furniture through the house was filthy!!!

Reviewer Comments: The whole place just felt dirty and in need of major upgrades. The bed comforters were all stained and don’t look or feel like they are ever washed. The carpet and furniture are all stained and feel dirty. There are no games for ****** weather days and the kitchen is not very well stocked, there is not even a can opener. Definitely will never stay in this dirty house again. Very disappointing to spend so much money to not be comfortable. I would pick a different house for sure if you like clean. Also the TVs and radio do not work and the AC unit kept not working upstairs so it was hot and very stuffy up there. Again beware pick a different house.

Only a couple of coffee mugs.

Not being 1st row, we didn't have to hear the vehicles or music that was traveling along the beach. This house was perfect for our relaxing get-away!
