"We had an incredible stay at TipSea Point on Elbow Cay! The home itself is beautiful—well-designed, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The pool and landscaping make the property feel like a private resort, with stunning views all around.The dock was a huge highlight for us, easily accommodating our 42ft HCB center console. It made getting on and off the water seamless, and really elevated the whole experience. The house caretaker was very helpful and can ferry you across the shallow cove if needed, but we highly recommend having your own boat to make the most of this secluded oasis.Overall, TipSea Point delivers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and island luxury. We can’t wait to return!"
"What a perfect location for our Abacos getaway! The home was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Loved the beds and the reclining den furniture! Located just across from the Hope Town Inn and Marina with a gorgeous view of the lighthouse. Have your coffee on the screened porch then hop on your boat docked right outside your door for a day of fun. Can’t say enough about this home! The owner and the property manager were communicative and so very helpful during our stay. The online photos do not do it justice. No doubt we would be thrilled to stay here again! "

"The house is wonderful for a large group. There were 14 adults who stayed in the house. We also rented the cottage too.This allowed all 7 couples to have their own bathrooms. The location to Tahiti Beach is awesome. The 2 docks worked perfectly for the 31T Cape Horn and 27 Sportsman boats we brought over with us. House is extremely well equipped with anything you could need.Caretakers were extremely helpful. We had Chef Carlton prepare our first night meal at the house and had gift bags and table scape done by Bernadette Hall. Both did a wonderful job. The pool is ideal for just lounging around. We would definitely rent this house again."
"Outstanding staff. Everyone was amazing. Especially Eddie (Golf cart driver/bellman). An amazing trip.
We came for a tennis tournament. Didnt like the fact that all tennis courts were converted to pickle ball courts. And the ine tennis court had all the pickle ball lines on it. This waa disruptive for playing tennis."
Spacious 5-bedroom cottage in charming Hope Town on the Atlantic Ocean

"Mellow Yellow did NOT disappoint, from the very 1st message to Melinda the Owner and her communication back and for and answering tons of questions, making sure we would be okay and have all we needed, that what we were brining was good too, she was on Point! So arrival was here, getting to the gates of Mellow Yellow and its cute and homey welcome feel, great yard, our golf carts were waiting as promised from the cart place, to the cleaning lady was also, there to greet us, she was so kind & make sure we were okay, house was adorable and comfy to fit 10 of us with an upstairs, downstairs (they are not connected) you walk up a deck to get to each other) but this worked amazing to put part of the kids etc. downstairs that was our cooking quarters too. All we brought all we needed to cook daily food wise! All accommodations from towels, coffee makers, plates, cups, and more were there. Okay, back to the upstairs the view and the deck make the whole house, we lived on the back deck when we were all there, from Morning coffee, to Yoga, evening cocktails and a couple slept on deck 1 night, out there is spectacular and a walk down the stairs to the Ocean, washer and drying to do laundry, beds all comfy, AC works great, such a convent location to all from the Firefly restaurant, to our dock, to Hope Town (5min cart) , Location perfect. I will stop here or may run out of space lol. See you again Mellow Yellow! Ps. Milo my service dog so enjoyed he, befriended the whole island."
