“There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment. ”

“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to……
