The room itself was not bad at all, however there was a lot of nats and flies just flying around everywhere from the moment l opened the door to my room.

Didnt like it v they over charged property tax

When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the property. Other than that it is under construction this would be for someone that is single if they decide to stay there.

At the heart of downtown. Was able to walk around town and see all the beautiful Christmas decorations and lights. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

Very courteous staff in all areas. Convenient helpful valet. Nice patient front desk staff. Great bar and restaurant. Grandchildren loved the food as did we. Try the huge pancake! Beautiful lobby seating areas. Wonderful very comfortable rooms …. except for the lighting. We had a group of 13 family members and all our rooms needed additional lighting. A few well placed sconces would be helpful.
