A two room bungalow awaits with one bedroom, living room futon, dining room table & chairs, frig, microwave, coffee maker, & flat screen TV. Your private bathroom is a short walk away, steps from the pool. Adults only, two-person max, no smoking & pet free. Come relax & enjoy "Robe Life" at the hot spring ranch! While new to VRBO, we've been sharing this magical place since 2021\. We are the only listing in the area on another popular rental platform maintaining a perfect 5 star rating with over 370 reviews. The space Your cozy space will keep you and your companion comfortable after a full day of fun on the hot spring ranch or adventuring nearby. The expansive and private property offers all sorts of outdoor activities for you and your companion to exclusively enjoy. In addition to the private hot spring pool take advantage of: badminton, horseshoes, mountain disc golf, croquet, photography, bird watching, hiking, biking, river activities, star gazing & a seasonal Fairy Tale Garden with private soaker tub. Tours are highly recommended to help you take full advantage of the ranch. Initial guided river access is required, after which you are free to enjoy the private beach and source at your leisure. You must respect off-limits areas; if you're unsure, please ask. Our horse Legs is our official mascot and he loves the treats we provide. One and a half hours from both Stanley and McCall, we are the perfect jumping point for all things Idaho adventure. Guest access We are owner/hosts & live on site, but there are NO shared spaces between us and our guests. The listing offers an exclusive experience with no other guests or unregistered visitors allowed. You'll have access to your living space & private bathroom, much of the grounds around the 7 acre property; including a disc golf course which serves as a great self guided tour, waterfall platform, river access (guided initially, no fishing allowed, but great holes are w/in walking distance) 24 hour private hot spring pool (clothing optional), creek side hammock, and all of our outdoor activities with lots of room to play and relax on multiple patios and river view seating areas. We provide a propane grill and fire pit. We encourage guests to support local restaurants to unburden themselves from having to prepare meals. Other things to note Please familiarize yourself & your companion with the listing. Read the entire description & click on pictures to reveal captions. The bathroom is roughly 25 steps from your living space and only 10 feet from the pool, which makes for a handy changing room and a quick dash to a warm room during the cold months. In a tiny house situation, it is our opinion that having the bathroom separate from the studio helps keep the romance alive. And an added bonus, the shower will never run out of hot water! We are adults only (including infants), and two-person maximum. Tobacco use, underage drinking, unregistered guests, and animals of any kind are prohibited. Leave the kids & pets at home and come here to disconnect from the everyday grind. This is a completely safe sanctuary and place of true respite. Please bring what you need to prepare meals; we don't provide dishes, etc. We offer a grill, microwave, frig, and coffeemaker w/ fresh ground organic coffee, plus some little surprises. Please note that if you are over six feet tall, the studio space has 6'6" ceilings & low doorways. Incredible amenities! We enjoyed the geothermal pool and the tub with beautiful lighting everywhere. We loved our time around the fire and reading in the double rocker that overlooked the river. We felt truly spoiled to be here and enjoyed all of the snackies that our hosts left. The place was spotless and cozy. We spent time at awesome restaurants and enjoyed unique shopping in nearby Crouch, ID...just a few minutes away! We felt like we had the place all to ourselves, though Jamie and Dan were just a nock away if we needed anything. Legs the horse is great mascot who loves his snackies, too! It's clean and what a beautiful location! I took my husband for a belated birthday road trip to this wonderful property. We loved the fact we could use it anytime and the privacy too! We felt it to be a top notch "glamping" experience! We watched a movie each night from the DVD selection and the little walk out to the bathroom wasn't too bad. It just added in to the experience.They left us some fun treats and a sweet little gift too. And the hosts were very nice and gave us a great recommendation to go to the redfish lake inlet. Legs the horse was a sweetie. I hope we get to come back some day! We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at Double J and D Hotsprings Ranch, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Dan and Jamie have created a true paradise! Our time at their retreat was peaceful, romantic, comfortable, and restful. The grounds are beautiful, with multiple private spaces to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Our favorite space was the private hot springs pool, a perfect place for soaking and stargazing. Everything was immaculately clean, and we felt very cared for with all the attention to detail. Thank you, Dan and Jamie, for your incredible hospitality! The cabin was cozy, clean, and absolutely perfect for a couple looking to unwind and reconnect. I had originally booked the trip as a girls getaway with a friend, but when she had to cancel last minute, the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to bring my boyfriend instead.We loved relaxing in the private hot spring pool, which was warm, clean, and so peaceful. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful property, reading books overlooking the river, watching DVDs, and taking short drives into nearby Crouch for some great meals.The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, even taking the time to share the history of the ranch with us, which added such a personal and memorable touch to the stay. It’s clear they care deeply about this place, and it shows.If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and restorative escape, this is the perfect spot. This property is beautiful and in a wonderful location to do so many Idaho activities we looked forward to. Jamie and Dan are so welcoming, and the amenities and hospitality were perfect for our stay. For the pool being a shared space, we did not feel like they were too close—in fact, it was nice to have someone nearby in case anything happened. Legs the horse was a sweet feature as well as the elk grazing close by.
