"It was close the airport and they have transportation service. We have a long lay over before our international flight and I can’t afford missing it. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The room was clean but still with some slight unpleasant odor I could smell as I walked in. Overall we had a good stay and had a good sleep before our long flight."

"The room was comfortable but the carpet and chairs can use some deep cleaning. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating, however, the valet staff was very rude. There were about 6-8 open handicap spaces available at the front of the building that they were attempting to block and make inaccessible to us with a handicap placard displayed. We are disabled veterans and had to deal with that rude staff member in order to access the front entrance for check in. This issue should be taken care of by management. We were on a tight schedule and needed to be on our way. Overall the stay was good but not great."

Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

"My sister and I stayed at the Omni hotel in LA, was our first international holiday. We got to the room and unfortunately it was not made up. The bell boy Adam was extremely helpful and apologetic, he sorted out the room issue, and we were given a free upgrade and access to the club lounge on level 17. This was a very nice gesture and made us feel well valued and welcomed. Laura in the club lounge was such a lovely host each day, and she made us feel very welcomed and at home. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and had all the requirements for a lush hotel. Definitely worth the money spent. Had an amazing time there, and will definitely be back. Thank you Omni staff for all your help and being so welcoming!"
