"Ausreichend helle rundum heizbare wie im Sommer gut kühl zu haltende, gepflegte moderne Wohnung in gutem baulichen Zustand. Ausgeprochen ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Größe eher für zwei Erwachsene (plus Kind/er). Blick durch große Glastüren auf Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln und in den sehr großen grünen Kinder- und Tierfreundlichem Garten. Schöner „warmer“ Echtholzboden, Buchenholzmöbel, Bezüge und Vorhänge in hellen Beigefarben. Essküche mit moderner Küchenzeile und großem Durchgang zum Wohnzimmer, kein Backofen, aber Mikrowelle, nicht zu üppige Geschirrausstattung. Einzig bei den Küchenstühlen ist für Menschen über Idealgewicht noch Luft nach oben. Aktuelles Internet-TV, sehr gutes Paarbett, im Wohnraum Schlafsofa. Ziemlich kleines Bad, aber geräumige Dusche. Carport. Fließende W-Lan- und Internetverbindung. Freundliche, reaktive und hilfsbereite Online/Phone-Kommunikation mit den Vermietern."
