"Lovely room and easy check in. Some people struggle with the auto check in but if you do the email instructions the day before it’s easy. Shower was amazing and loved the little extras in the room! Air con worked too (first time on the Camino!)"

"Very helpful and friendly staff."

"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

"Wonderful hotel, great location fabulous room, makes a great change to have adequate lighting to shave in the bathroom! Breakfast was 4€ and it showed! We would have happily paid 12€ to have had fresh food!"

"Nice hotel and friendly staff."

"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "I stayed one night as I was doing the Camino. Perfect place to get a little rest and not too far from the original Camino path. You can do laundry and the place is very cozy. Also it was just renovated when I visited so everything was pretty new. The bathroom is 5* The hosts were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful hotel close to the city"

"Wonderful stop for stay over close to mall , freeway and bus stop to city."

"Friendly staff. Bus stop to get into downtown Pamplona just outside the door."

"The staff super friendly, the location and the rooms were beautiful! "

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"A lovely, simple hotel perfect as a base to explore from. "
