Christina, front desk supervisor/ mgr, was friendly and welcoming. She remembered us, felt refreshing. The room decor was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was average, no complaints. The kitchen staff was attentive. Overall, great place to stay in Lubbock. Very pleasant stay twice in a month.

Hotel was fine. Room comfortable. Workout room was very run down. No weights, treadmill felt insecure, bike insecure too. Breakfast cold but staff polite.
