We arrived after a full day of travel, hoping for a cool, clean room to recover in. Instead, no air conditioning — just a fan, which management offered as the "solution." Whether the AC is broken or simply not provided isn't clear, but either way, in the middle of summer, that's a problem they didn't seem in a rush to fix.
The room itself had a tired, worn look — not dirty exactly, but not what we'd call clean either. A little elbow grease and some basic upkeep would go a long way here.
For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, or value, keep looking.

Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

"Was the perfect hotel to stay in after a late landing flight after 11pm. Very easy to get to on the train, right outside the train station. Room was modern and clean, with nice big windows, and good air conditioning. Breakfast had a nice variety spread and of good quality."
