We loved staying within walking distance to everything in gatlinburg. The room was updated and really nice. I only have one suggestion. I would spend a little bit to upgrade the tv in the living room to be a smart tv so you could watch Netflix etc.

It was a perfect little place to stay. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. It is a great location. We could walk into town to shop and eat, and drive into the national park without driving through the busy main street. I did not have any direct communication with the owner because we had no issues that needed to be addressed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

The condo was older than expected but neat and clean. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable but the bed was fine. We were satisfied. Close to attractions and restaurants. Although we didn’t communicate with the property owner she left a number to reach her if needed.

Clean, convenient location
The complex is very dated but the unit itself has been upgraded. It is nice to have convenient parking with an elevator to tote your luggage to your apartment. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions. Yes, there is a kitchenette but I wouldn't recommend trying to cook a meal; might work to fry a an egg and make a piece of toast for breakfast but not much else as there is no counter space. Would also be nice to have a better TV. Overall, clean and convenient place to sleep and spend a bit of down time but perhaps a bit too cozy for long periods of time.

40th Anniversary trip
Me and my wife come to Gatlinburg two or three times a year and one of them is our anniversary, we like staying in town so that we can walk to everything and not worry about parking, this is the first time staying here and we enjoyed it , the description of condo was accurate , it’s small but good for two and maybe if you had one small child, they were reworking the outside pool at time of stay but no problem for us , would definitely stay again

Small but clean and cozy
The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. I’m sure once the work is done, the balcony would be a nice place to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee. The location was great. Just a block off the Parkway so we could just walk to the restaurants and shops, and did not have to drive and deal with the traffic.

First time staying here was a little skeptical when we pulled up just because the outside has some age on it but the condo is definitely up to the times! Very clean and cute! Loved the fireplace and the bed was big and comfy. Also the walk in shower was a plus! Close to several restaurants and loved having access to the back road to beat the traffic. Definitely will be a returning customer!
