Great location and price. However, the actual rooms were very old and grimey. The hallways were very hot and floor was dirty. The floors of the room also felt very dirty.

This property is a very old, tired hotel that needs a massive upgrade. Their solution to everything is just to put paint on it. I could not drink my coffee because there was a resident bug in the coffee maker, and the check-in experience with the staff was less than inviting. I felt like I was bothering them by showing up. This is a definite you get what you pay for property

The property was conveniently located near the attractions of Gatlinburg and had free parking. The lobby space and dining area were very unclean. The hallway to the room had stains all in the carpet, dim lighting, and dirty walls. The mattress cover had spots on it, the bathroom above the shower had mold, and behind the door in the bathroom had spiderwebs. The elevator smelled of mold and was not very clean either.

This hotel is nice if you want a cheaper room. We always come here just for a night in Gatlinburg. This time the room did have a Oder in the room and the shower shot out so much water that it filled the bath tub up quick so you had to be fast at taking a shower. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Over all the room looked clean but didn’t smell like it. I will come back though because I’m not to picky.. I guess you get what you pay for.

Reasonably priced, fresh towels daily, comfortable beds. Felt safe. Walking distance to food, shops, bars. Does need a good deep clean and paint touch up in places. Breakfast could be improved upon!

This property is rough. Too many issues to mention including burnt out bulbs, dirty tub and dirty blanket. Security lock is falling off the wall. Breakfast consisted of little Debbie snacks. Carpet is disgusting. It is reasonable and the location is good but I’d think twice.

Worse experience I have had traveling to a microtel. front desk staff that would not help. Their personal phone call was more important, than a paying customer. She told to come back in the morning. Pictures and property were not current. I would not stay at this property again

room was dirty and every hallway reaked of marijuana. in the morning when we left the room to get some coffee, we opened the door and were hit with a very dense smell of marijuana. so unless you smoke, I don't recommend this place. we planned on staying 2nights but checked out the morning of 21st.

Very dated. The staff seemed as though you were just a bother. You get what you pay for. It is close to the strip which we would say is a plus. I did all the check-in stuff online and had to do it again when I got to the hotel.
