Your front office staff were not helpful and Infact rude when asked for a request More ice as the bar was closed, laundry facility use Questioned why I must use in two days? Traveling 12 days wanted to wash some clothes didn’t feel I should have to explain anything to her NIHEL Horrible. Staff in dinning area for break Mikaela, Christian and max in the bar went above and beyond to help in anyway. Hotel was nice but felt unless there for a conference Not catered too

"We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive.
