“Die Wohnung hat einen Vorraum/Terrasse mit grossem Tisch (das Beste von allem), zwei direkt verbundene Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Küche. Das Doppelbett im Familienzimmer ist defekt und hängt durch. Die Umgebung mit den Tieren und dem Spielpark ist zum grossen Teil ungepflegt und vernachlässigt (kaputte Spielgeräte). Deshalb hat sie nach der ersten Entdeckung seinen Reiz für die Kinder verloren. Das vorhandene Küchengeschirr ist mangelhaft (fehlende Schüsseln, knapp bemessene Gläser und……

“Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa.”

The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !”

“We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back. ”

“飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢”
