Location is outside the city centre. The hotel was very quiet.

Also, for a 4-star hotel, more fluent English at reception would help international guests. Overall, a lovely place with room for small improvements.

Amazing hotel! Great location. Spacious rooms. Staff is so helpful! They did everything to make sure I had the best experience. They even helped me book a nail appointment and pay for taxi when I didn’t have change (thank you Alfred👍). Definitely coming back soon

Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. It would be good for a hotel of this level to train its staff in basic customer service and communication skills.
