Approximately 35 miles (56 kilometers) to the east of Geirangerfjord is Rana, a regional center where you'll find Havmannen, Mo Church and National Library (Nasjonalbiblioteket). Svartisen and Arctic Circle Museum (Polarsirkelsenteret) a few of the other visitor attractions worth investigating for those who would like to spend a while longer there.
