I was greeted by a smiling lady hurriedly serve me.She was nice to upgrade to executive room which is nearer the pool.Seems occupancy not high. I enjoyed very local atmosphere as many bring their kids to learn swimming. Wifi was not working but i was not complaining.It was so peaceful and dead silence at night. "Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room.
