The view is absolutely stunning. The beds are comfortable. The shower is nice and large. The hot tub was clean and hot! The host gave great restaurant recommendations upon request. All in all, a great weekend at the lake! We were there for a swim meet at the Spire Academy and it was a quick and easy 15 min. drive to get to the competition. We visited in March/ off season. I’m sure this place is even more fun in the summer.

#### Girls Get-Away

We enjoyed four nights of relaxing time together. We enjoyed the peaceful view from the hot tub each night. We planned to use the grill but due to the extreme heat (heat dome) we used the oven/stove top instead without any issue. The air conditioning units worked like champs and we stayed super comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of places to charge devices throughout the house. This was a perfect location (just 2 hours from home!) that afforded us time together. Thank you!

#### Serene Sunsets & Lovely Lake View

This well-maintained cottage on the Lake Erie shore has a spanning lake view and all the amenities for a relaxing “escape to the lake.” The cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything my husband, college daughter & I needed for our 3-day stay. We strolled the GOTL strip, which was quiet since everything really opens up AFTER the first week of June, and enjoyed lazy afternoons sunning ourselves in the warm lake breeze. We enjoyed fire pit evenings & quiet morning coffee on the deck. The cottage has comfortable beds, plenty of towels (a rarity) and good water pressure in the shower. It’s obvious the owners/managers take good care of the property & prompt care of guests. Mike was responsive & friendly with our questions. Plan to return again!

#### Perfect quiet spot but close to the stip

Wow! This is such a perfect property. The cliff edge curves in such a way that when looking out the window or sitting in your hot tub, you feel like you’re completely alone on the lake. Despite how quiet and private the location feels, you can still catch a ride down to the strip or have food delivered. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the rooms were impeccably clean. The couches were more comfortable than most rentals and made an evening playing board games quite enjoyable when the rain was coming down. We will definitely be staying here again! Well worth the price!

#### Girl's Getaway

This is a magnificent property! You are right on the lake so gorgeous views. If you like walking in the morning, go east. There are tons of views of the lake because they cannot build many homes due to the ravine. We were about 1 mile outside of Geneva on the Lake, on the east side. There was a shuttle taking us to and from town. We booked a winery tour through the Geneva State Park Lodge. Plus, the hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely come back to stay!

We loved our stay! Bed and furniture where clean and comfortable. View of the water was wonderful! It was close to several wineries. We would come back if we are in the area again!

#### Heaven on the lake!

This was our honeymoon week. We opted for a quiet serene get away, and we are so glad we chose this home. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Mike even left us some firewood. The view was amazing and the hot tub was awesome! We have no complaints however a few things that could be improved... The $500 security hold, not cool to tie up travelers funds while they're vacationing. The grill worked but was shotty. I'd suggest adding overhead porch coverage at least to a small area. Lastly a few USB connections would be nice.

#### Golf trip

A few friends decided to book a little get away for some golf. We found this house because of the location and it has a hot tub! No other property offered this. What I can say is that the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the house and porch are amazing. It provided the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning as well as a great chance to have some wine and watch the sunset. It was nice and close to everything and the place was clean and stocked with the necessities. Mike communicates via text on everything which made any questions easy. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great few days at the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable It was peaceful and private. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and lake and very close to the strip. I would recommend staying here.

#### Quiet location close to town with perfect views of Lake Erie!

The property was as described in the listing. The location was perfect if you want to be near town but in a quiet location. The view from the back was amazing! You can see along the shore both east and west. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing in the shade or sun. Air conditioning provided comfort on humid/hot days while still able to enjoy the view. The host, Mike, was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I'm saving this location for the next time in the area. Oh, and a very cute groundhog visited the backyard each morning.
